Real Magic Pills for Fat Loss 0

Posted on July 02, 2009 by piter

Like with exercise gadgets guaranteed to melt away fat and firm up your body, many of us yearn for that magic pill or beverage we can pop or guzzle that will produce instant weight loss. Fat blaster pills. Lose weight while you sleep formulas. The latest herb from the Amazon rain forest that miraculously burns fat. A secret tea formula that revs up your metabolism to help you shed pounds easily.
These are all one bogus. Or dangerous, or both. A tragic example of a dangerous one was Phen-Fen, which had to be pulled off the shelves when it was implicated in several deaths.
It is a tragedy when people lose their lives, or hurt their health, looking for an easy way to lose weight. But it is all the more tragic when you understand that the easy ways to lose weight healthfully are all around us, in the form of whole, fresh, natural, plant-based foods, foods as they come from nature.
Start consuming more of these and less of the junk and fast foods that make up the typical American diet today. That is the easy, healthy way to lose fat healthfully and permanently.
Here are some other true food and drink magic pills, and healthy habits, that honestly help you lose fat.
Take in 200 to 250 fewer calories a day, every day. This is very easily done. Start by eliminating the least nourishing junk food you eat, like donuts, chips, pastries, candy, French fries, cheese puffs, junk crackers, sugar packets, and all such junk foods.
Sodas are one of the easiest ways to cut out junk calories, but remember, do not think that switching to diet sodas is the way to go. It is not.
Along with sodas, eliminate or drastically cut down on sports drinks, energy drinks, meal replacement beverages, iced teas, coffee drinks and all such beverages, including alcohol, particularly if you are female. All of these contain sugar and are overwhelmingly empty calories.
All of the above foods and beverages are junk foods, with little or no nutritive value. Cut them out of your diet and you will reap big fat loss benefits. You can call it magic if you like.
Here is the second part of eliminating junk foods from your diet. Replace the junk foods with whole, natural foods. If you are not used to this all at once, do it one piece of food at a time. If it is in a package, bag, wrapper, can, carton or bottle, that is a good sign it is not a whole, natural food. That goes especially for the phony health foods like energy bars, meal replacement bars, diet or meal replacement shakes, and many others with labels saying natural, fat-free, low-carb, high energy, low cholesterol, etc.
Remember, eat foods that are real, foods as grown, nothing taken away, nothing added. I occasionally eat foods that come in a package, bag, wrapper, can, carton and bottle, and I make sure they are good foods. But mostly I eat as many foods as possible that are as close to natural as possible.
Make friends with a Fuji. A Fuji apple that is, or blueberries, or bananas, oranges, papaya, grapes, mango, watermelon, raisins, dates, pineapple, cherries, cantaloupe, prunes. Make fruit your snack food, and your dessert food. This is a very simple but powerful eating strategy that will help you lose fat and keep it off permanently. Fruits satisfy your sweet tooth and improve your overall health. Fresh fruits are full of anti-oxidants and other healthy nutrients, as well as fiber, a vital part of your dietary intake.
Take your own food along with you. It is easy to get into the habit of packing lunch and snacks to take to work or wherever. We all know what the alternatives are: pick up a candy bar, or a pastry, or chips, or some other junk food, including the pseudo-health foods like energy bars, meal replacement bars and all such junkers.
Get into the healthy habits of absolutely refusing to buy anything from food vending machines, food kiosks, hot dog stands, convenience stores, fast food joints, snack bars. Cut out the junk foods and beverages, and stick with fresh, whole, natural foods, as they come from nature.
And practice the other healthy habits you just read. All these are the real magic formulas for fat loss, and they never fail.

The Nasty Blunt Truth about Modern Medicine and Cancer! “Modern Medicine’s Secret Ph Cure” Any American who was ever treated for cancer by modern medicine has been ripped off, are you one of them? There are many someones right now screaming their lungs out because they are dying of a cancerous disease and there is no pain killer strong enough to help them. But guess what; not only are they dying a horrible death, they are being deceived by the institutions that are supposed to help them? Those institutions who found the cure for cancer are withholding it from those who need it. That is right; they would rather see you die than apply the cure that they have known about for years. Here are a couple of direct hits between the eyes of those institutions. The real search for a cancer cure has been over for years. Anyone who asks for money to help find the cure for cancer is a fool, a charlatan or a liar. Modern medicine long ago cured cancer but told no one what they did. You heard me right, modern medicine found the cure for all cancers years ago. And any doctor who says that statement is wrong is either a total fool who should not hold a doctorate degree or a complete liar. Read this next paragraph and you will see why I would make so many bold statements about one of the biggest most respected institutions in the world. This next paragraph says it all and cannot be denied, it is the absolute smoking gun. Dr. Otto Warburg (doctorate degrees in both chemistry and medicine) was awarded the Nobel Prize in Medicine in 1931 for the discovery that, unlike healthy cells in the human body, cancer cells do not “breathe” oxygen (and except for Adolf Hitler would have been awarded a second Nobel Prize for more work in the same area of research). Cancer cells are anaerobic. In other words, they function with no oxygen present. In fact, cancer cells cannot survive in the presence of high levels of oxygen. Dr. Warburg, in his Nobel Prize winning study, illustrated the environment of the cancer cell. A normal healthy cell undergoes an adverse change when it can no longer receive oxygen to convert glucose into energy. In the absence of oxygen, the cell reverts to a primal nutritional program to nourish itself by converting glucose through the process of fermentation. The lactic acid produced by fermentation lowers the cell pH (acid/alkaline balance) and destroys the ability of DNA and RNA to control cell division. The cancer cells then begin to multiply. The lactic acid simultaneously causes severe local pain as it destroys cell enzymes. Cancer appears as a rapidly growing external cell covering, with a core of dead cells. Simply put, Dr. Warburg won the Nobel Prize for showing that cancer thrives in an anaerobic (without oxygen), or acidic condition. In other words, the main cause for cancer is acidity of the human body caused by the individual eating too many acid foods. This acid environment restricts the oxygen to cells and leads to cancer. This discovery of Dr. Warburg’s leads us directly to the cure for cancer. The cure for cancer is to undo this acidic environment by removing the source of the problem. Remove the acid environment (too many acid foods and acidic toxic waste) that the cancer thrives in. This new environment with its balance between acid and alkali brings in oxygen destroying the cancer cells. Sounds too simple, you might say. That’s what I said as I fought prostate cancer. I had some doubts, but it worked. The cleaner I got my body through detoxing, cleansing and lifestyle changes, the faster my acid and alkali balanced. My symptoms were gone in 3 months and I got my health back. A year later I was cancer free. I had doubts like you, because like you I was fed large doses of misleading information from people and institutions I entrusted with my health. Many doctors and scientists in modern medicine are totally sincere in their belief that it works. While there are others who have another agenda and it has nothing to do with helping me or anyone else by curing cancer. They do not want a cure because cures mean low profits. They have lead the fight to cure cancer with your money for decades and decades. But the cure will never be found by poisoning, cutting or burning with radiation and laser beams. That is the direction where the money driven industry wants research to go but there is no cure in that direction. You might also be suspicious because this discovery was made in 1931. Well the guidelines were just as tough then to get past the Nobel committee as they are now. The experiments that lead Dr. Warburg to his discovery were tested and retested by other scientists who came up with the same conclusions. Those same conclusions still stand today ready to be tested if someone wants to disprove his findings but no one comes forward because his findings are the truth. Many experts in the health field see this Nobel Prize work of Dr. Warburg’s as the greatest medical discovery of all time. First, by curing cancer it will save millions upon millions of lives across the world. But, that is only the beginning because if you adjust your diet this way you also cure all the autoimmune diseases of which there are over 60 at this point. You can also add in total immunity to all germs and viruses because they, like cancer, cannot live in an environment where there is plenty of oxygen and a strong immune system. I have even seen some deride and belittle Dr. Warburg for living the lifestyle that he found would keep a person cancer free. These are the same small minds that would keep you on their path of disease and treatment for the rest of your life. When Dr. Warburg came up against small minds like these he was known to quote an aphorism he attributed to physicist Max Planck “that science doesn’t progress because scientists change their minds, but rather because scientists attached to erroneous views die, and are replaced with a new generation that is familiar with the truth”. Dr. Warburg finished one of his most famous speeches with the following statement:”… nobody today can say that one does not know what cancer and its prime cause is. On the contrary, there is no disease whose prime cause is better known, so that today ignorance is no longer an excuse that one cannot do more about prevention.”How to Balance Your Ph to Kill Cancer and Stay Healthy Some of the following information was extracted from my article titled “I Am An Omnivore, We Are All Omnivores” Why isn’t our ph balanced by what we eat, what is wrong with the American diet? In America, as in most countries, we eat typically for entertainment not for nutrition. We do not eat the food that our body is designed to thrive on. We eat like someone who buys a car, puts regular unleaded gas in the tank when the owner’s manual says premium only. This is a guarantee that over time you will get ill and find yourself on prescription medication. By the time you are middle-aged you will have a chronic debilitating disease and be on the slippery slope to a hospital, and then a rest home. There is one very essential ingredient missing from the American diet that can balance our ph. We do not eat enough raw produce which is a basic fundamental law of human nutrition. Produce is where we get the alkaline that neutralizes the acid foods that we eat. Acid foods are meat, dairy, beans and grains and their products such as bread. These acid foods must be neutralized by the alkaline foods. The failure to do so leads to disease. Well we do not do that in America and you can see the disastrous results of breaking this fundamental law everywhere. America is sick because we have gotten too far away from the human body’s basic nutritional root, raw produce, and it is killing us. As humans evolved, we adapted to a certain style of eating because of environmental pressures. For thousands upon thousands of years our main pressure was finding enough food to keep ourselves and our family mates alive. If you visualize yourself in their position, the grocery store was the environment they lived in. To survive you must know every source of food available, every eatable plant, fruit, seed, and animal to keep yourself and family fed. We learned to take advantage of nature by being opportunists to increase our chances to find the nutrition we needed. We studied nature via the great teacher, survival. If you put yourself in their position, where hunting did not evolve for thousands of years in the future, the pressure of hunger drives you to gather those things that cannot get away from you. Plants are everywhere and it does not take long to figure out which are edible and which are not. One clue is to watch other animals eat and you soon discover that there is a storehouse of food right in front of you. There was no specific amount of this meat and that seed, vegetable or fruit that we turned to. We gathered what we could, but I think it’s easy to say that we always turned to those green plants growing and available in so many places. If we could find nothing else, we could always find something green to fill at least some of that empty place in our gut. You might be saying right now that this does not sound very nutritious. Well guess what, nutritional science has proven that the most densely nutritious food on the planet is not meat or dairy. The most densely nutritious food on planet earth are the green foods. Our digestion evolved around this style of eating, lots of greens, grains, seeds and raw things with meat when the opportunity arose. So we are what is called an omnivore by some scientists, but we are a specialized type of omnivore. We eat meat, but that is not a strong side for us. Even our stomach acid matches an herbivore, 4 to 5 ph (true omnivores and carnivores have a ph of 1, very acidic). A bear is an omnivore, but unlike us has the built-in weapons to kill other animals and eat them. Here are other omnivores: possums, pigs, chimpanzees, rats, chickens, crows, piranhas and turtles. If you read carefully what I just said, you will notice that we are an animal who is not a true meat eater. We can, but our body is built to only tolerate a small amount daily. If we were an omnivore who eats more meat than other foods we would have those weapons to kill animals and stomach acid to digest them, and we would sweat through our tongue not our skin. We would also eat them raw, skin, hair, bones, guts and all, like all other omnivores. Let me know if you ever see a bear bring down a deer, gut it, skin it and cook it over a fire. Eating that way would make any omnivore sick in a short amount of time. If you are like most Americans you do not eat much raw, alkali foods, in one day. Let’s just say that for breakfast today you had 2 eggs, 3 pieces of bacon, 2 slices of toast, with coffee. You could call this a very typical breakfast for many Americans. At lunch you stopped for a hamburger, fries and a coke. For supper that night at home, you had 2 pork chops, cooked green beans, mashed potatoes with gravy and a salad with dressing plus a slice of apple pie for desert. Now, let’s add up this days food to discover why it is so poor and will make you fat and sick. Out of all of that food the raw, alkali containing food was the smallest amount. None at breakfast, some at lunch, the onion, tomato and lettuce in the burger qualified. The salad with dinner was raw and qualified but we cannot count green beans and mashed potatoes because they were cooked, and so were the apples in the pie. Cooking food destroys almost all nutritional value. So, out of all of that food, there was only a small amount with any food value. The rest of the food that day was cooked acidic food which is pretty much worthless. Here is how worthless. If you have ever owned a composter they will tell you on the directions never put cooked food in the composter it is worthless. So if you want to get your ph balanced and you want to get the most from nutrition and avoid disease, move to lots of live produce with each meal. My suggestion is to eat nothing but fruit at breakfast like a fruit smoothie. At lunch and dinner what I do is measure at least one pound of raw vegetables as a salad to go with each meal like lettuce, cucumber, broccoli, squash, tomato, spinach, avocado etc. You may think this is a lot of produce, that you could never eat that much. You can easily eat that much and more. My friend Jackie, who is 5? 1?, ate a pound for lunch and a pound and a half for supper every day and lost 40 pounds of excess weight over a 3 month period. She told me she will never go back to her old style of eating that she feels and looks to good. Eat meat if you like; do not eat any refined foods, of course, such as sugar, white rice, white bread etc. Adding lots of produce to your lifestyle this way will bring positive changes in your health. One thing I noticed when I ate this way is my stomach always feels very comfortable. Even if I overeat it feels good. To assist you in balancing your ph bring in a high quality super green food. They have the produce in a concentrated alkali form. Add them to your foods such as entrees, salads and drinks to enhance the nutrition and increase digestion and assimilation of all your food. Also take them with you when you are eating out or traveling. They can also replace your multi-vitamin because they are loaded with real food vitamins your body can absorb naturally. Almost everyone is taking vitamin supplements or some kind of fortified drink or another. Most Vitamins on the market are a sham they do not come from food and so cannot be assimilated by humans. The law of nature that we cannot break is “that if it has not come to us through a living plant we cannot get any nutrition from it”. No matter what the manufacturer says you can only assimilate food grown or whole food vitamins. These whole food vitamins can also help you balance your body’s ph.How Can I Check My Ph to See If the Changes I Made Are Working? The most accurate method I have found for checking your ph is First AM, Last PM urine method. Buy yourself some ph litmus testing strips that you can find in almost any drug or health food store. The litmus paper strips change color when they are dipped in liquid. Compare the color the paper turns to the test color chart that comes with the test kit. The technique for finding your ph is very simple, when you first get up in the morning test you urine the first time you urinate. The last time you urinate before you go to bed test your urine then. Do this for a full seven days keeping a list of the numbers you found. At the end of seven days total up the numbers and divide by 7 to get your average ph for the seven days. How would you like to be treated in the hospital of a country that was ranked number 24 by the World Health Organization (WHO). Well guess what, you are living in that country, as the USA is ranked number 24 by the W.H.O. Isn’t that interesting that for years and years we were always number 1 and lead the word when it came to medicine. I’ll give you another surprise. As we all know heart disease is the number one killer of Americans, and everyone also knows that cancer is the number two killer of Americans. Guess what is the number three killer of us Americans my friends? It is the American Medical System itself. That is the number three killer of the American people. In closing I would like to say that one of the most important things I was told by the Naturopathic Doctor who started me on this path was “You must take charge of your own health you cannot leave it up to someone else.”

Super-Sizing America 0

For some of us, food is warmth and love. We associate it with home and childhood: tempting smells that greeted us after school on a cold December afternoon. The kitchen served as the center of the house under the kindly direction of the Captain in the apron. If we were good, we might be allowed to stir the pot. If we were very good, we got to clean out the mixing bowl.

As we grew up, we found wonders elsewhere: the coffee shops and diners where adolescents gathered and food was only a platform for the real business of talking, bonding, and flirting. We drank cola and root beer and discovered sundaes, pizza and french fries. But real food was what we ate at home.

Later, we moved on to the pale imitation of food represented by college cafeterias and underground cafes that were heavy on music and political rebellion and light on the menu. We returned home for the holidays and again ate real food, as good as we remembered. Some of us moved on to the non-food of C rations and swore we’d never enjoy eating again.

We moved into the world of work: automats and deli lunches or expense-account steak and martinis where even the most exquisite fare took a back seat to table discussions. We married, moved into new homes, rediscovered the warmth and intimacy of a family kitchen and embraced the delights of gourmet cooking, homemade bread, and nouvelle cuisine.

At the same time, just below our level of awareness, the fast food industry started to blossom into the billion dollar gorilla it is today.

At first, it was small hamburgers and hot dogs with french fries and a drink. At first, it was an occasional visit to “get mom out of the kitchen.” At first, it was just something fast that avoided interruptions in our race to the top.

The menus expanded to encourage more frequent visits. Drive-Thrus that sat closed and empty until noon suddenly discovered how to make breakfast items that could be eaten at the wheel. Chicken, fish, and ribs were added, soon followed by Mexican specialties, baked potatoes, fried vegetables, and sandwiches. The burgers got bigger and so did we.

Somewhere, a brilliant light bulb exploded in an ad man’s brain and “Super-Size” was born. If a burger was good, why not make it bigger for just a little more money? If fries are the staff of life for American teenagers, why not make the portions bigger? Why not make the best purchase value a whole meal, combining everything the customer wants (and maybe something they don’t)? Why not Super-Size the whole meal and really make money?

Rather than an occasional change-of-pace, the Drive-Thru gradually assumed a predominant place in our diets. Astute marketers targeted their sales pitches to the most responsive and easily manipulated niche of the population: children. Tired, time-strapped parents yielded to tearful pleas to visit Ronald or Jack. And our children grew fat.

Teenagers, with their deep-seated psychological preference to live in their cars existed on a diet made up, almost exclusively, of fast food, turning up their noses at the thought of a home-cooked meal. Active and full of energy, they ignored the almost imperceptible puffiness that their intake triggered.

What was there to worry about? The Drive-Thrus were a gift from heaven: tasty food, fast access, car-proof containers, cheap satiation.

Then we woke up. We looked at a world where even the average individual was clearly overweight and more than a third of us were obese, even our children. In a culture obsessed with the appearance of being thin, we were become permanently, indisputably, fat.

The few earlier voices of criticism increased to a low roar. The tasty creations of yesterday became the now-maligned culprits of our condition. To keep the money-machine viable, the fast food moguls adapted to the cries for change: the oil used for frying was trumpeted as unsaturated, salads appeared on menus, substitute sides for french fries became available, and “Super-Size it?” was no longer the order taker’s standard refrain.

The industry breathed a sigh of relief seeing that a few changes made everything all right and the world could return to its infatuation with the Drive-Thru. We beamed with a sense of satisfaction that we had prodded the market in a healthier direction. Then we noticed that we were still fat.

Where had we gone wrong? Well, the “small” burgers were still big: two to three times the size of their relatives of forty years ago. The salads were healthy until drenched with several hundred calories of creamy dressing. To maintain the taste we had come to love, toppings were added: more kinds of cheese, butter, relishes and dipping sauces. And everything was still primarily fried: breakfast, burgers, chicken, potatoes. Even high quality, frequently-changed deep fry oil is loaded with calories to be deposited on our waistlines, hips, and internal organs.

Fast food has taken us out of the kitchen into a world where the demand for productivity makes us work harder and longer and steals away any notion of spare time. We run to keep pace with a society spinning ever faster and we eat on the run because to pause is to fail. Is there no escape? This is the Twenty-first Century — returning to the food regimes of fifty or a hundred years ago is improbable. The old fashioned “made from scratch” meals require too much time and effort, except for special occasions, in our fast-paced, two-working-parents, long-work-and-commute lives.

What we can do, if we seek to withdraw from the enormous herd of heavyweights, is to remember that the way to health, slenderness, delayed aging, and increased longevity has been demonstrated repetitively by our little friend, the laboratory rat.

The secret is consistent, prolonged, cheat-proofed, under-eating. Once that core concept has been adopted, and completely internalized, the pathway to a new, thin you becomes clear: eat whatever you want but a LOT LESS. We’re not looking at the old adage of “eat moderately and move around a lot” because we know, from experience, that it doesn’t work. When I say a “lot less” I mean it. You may be eating three times a day, plus snacks. Cutting out a snack here or a dessert there may eventually help you lose weight – if you have twenty years to invest in the attempt.

Don’t “cut back.” Slash, sever, pulverize your portions. If you eat three meals a day, change to eating just one. If you like to graze on six mini-meals or snacks, cut to two. Reducing your overall intake by two thirds should bring you into the zone of your actual daily needs. Yes, it would be nice if you opted to make those reduced calories all highly nutritious but we all know that you are going to eat what you are going to eat, no matter how much the health gurus nag you. So go ahead and eat what you intend, just one third of your usual rations.

To keep your energy on an even keel, you can spread your one meal throughout the day. If your usual lunch is a cheeseburger, fries, and a shake, split it up: a shake for breakfast, a burger for lunch, a dinner of fries and a slice of cheese. Are you then on a diet? Are you using your precious time on specialty shopping and food preparation? Do you have to think about what menu items fit into your prescribed weight plan? No, none of these apply. You are simply eating the way you have always done except one day of your prior food plan now last three days. If you’re worried about your health, take a multivitamin (funny, you weren’t worried about your health on the same fare in the past, were you?) If you are a tall, large-boned individual or you feel (genuinely and persistently) faint, take a canned nutritional booster like Ensure.

It is almost too simple and too easy IF you have really internalized the concept of under-eating and have adopted a “can do,will do,” attitude – the key to everything.

P. S. You’ll save a lot of money too!

Avoid Junk Food or Eat Healthier Junk Foods? 0

Posted on July 02, 2009 by piter

As a fitness professional, I’m always amazed (and puzzled) with the conflict people seem to have with losing weight, yet they refuse to stop eating junk food. An interesting thing I have noticed over my many years helping people to lose weight is that almost every single person that has told me that they are “attempting” to lose weight, almost always has their house filled with all sorts of junk food instead of whole unprocessed natural food.

It is not uncommon for people to tell me that they are trying really hard to lose weight, but I will still notice boxes of apple jacks and fruity pebbles on their counters, cakes, candies, and chips in their cupboard, and sodas or syrupy juices in their refrigerator.

So the question that always stumps me is that if all of these people honestly wanted to lose weight so bad, why in the world do most people still have their houses filled with junk foods instead of healthy food?

Interestingly, the answer usually is that they do not want to give up their favorite foods because they think that eating this junk food allows them to “live a little”… if you ask me, it sounds more like dying a little with each bite!

My take on it is that eating junk foods has nothing at all to do with enjoying your life… In reality, when you give up junk foods you actually enjoy life more because you feel better and are more energetic every day. In addition, getting into better shape by not eating junk food can obviously help improve the way your body looks (and therefore increases your confidence), thereby making you enjoy life even more.

One thing that many people fail to realize is that eating healthy does not have to mean eating bland and boring food. Instead, when you learn to enjoy natural unprocessed food and start exploring all of the varieties of natural food that this planet has to offer us, you learn that you can enjoy the natural flavors of real foods more than overly processed aggressive tastes that are so common with excessively sweet and salty junk food.

An example of this is that the other day I wanted an unsweetened iced tea while out on the road, but all that the store had available was these bottles of heavily sweetened iced tea. Well, I have not bought a fully sweetened iced tea in probably at least a few years now… I have actually gotten used to drinking unsweetened iced tea and have learned to appreciate the natural taste of tea without needing sugar or other sweeteners.

Whe I drank this bottled sweet tea, I almost gagged because it was so syrupy sweet, it was absolutely nasty.

A similar example… I used to need a lot of sugar in coffee, but after a slowly reducing the amount of sugar I would use in coffe, I can now actually drink black coffee and enjoy the natural flavor of it without needing sweeteners (although I rarely drink coffee).

These are just a couple examples of how once you start appreciating the natural flavors of real food, you find that you no longer need the super-aggressive salty, sugary, or artificial flavors that have been ingrained in us by the food companies and all of the junk food they push on us.

My belief is that everyone should actually enjoy what they eat, and can do it without eating overly processed junk food… Actually, people are often surprised to hear that a lot of the foods that they think are junk food, I have healthy alternatives that they never thought of.

A few examples:

Junk food: a chocolate candy bar, a chocolate donut, or a piece of chocolate cake

Healthier alternative: a couple pieces of extra-dark chocolate (greater than 70-75% cocoa content only)… this is higher in fiber and much less sugar than milk chocolate or even dark chocolates that are less than 70% cocoa content

Junk food: Deep fried and breaded chicken fingers and fries on the side (loads of nasty trans fats)

Healthier alternative: grilled chicken breast strips with peanut dipping sauce and vegetables on the side

Junk food: a cheap fast-food burger on a processed refined white bun

Healthier alternative: A grass-fed burger (higher in CLA and omega-3 fats) with raw grass-fed cheese on a sprouted grain roll

How about that for eating healthier yet still very tasty foods!

I hope that what you get out of this article is that there is more to life than eating junk food, and eating junk does not necessarily mean that you’re “living a little” as so many people say. Instead, I feel the opposite is true.

Eat healthier and discover the natural flavors of real foods (not processed) and you’ll soon discover that you no longer need junk food. Enjoy!

With nutritional supplements and health awareness at an all-time high, why have health problems skyrocketed over the last 100 years? While our ancestors lived difficult lives, they were not burdened with many of the complicated health challenges we face today. So what has changed in our modern world? What is the secret to enjoy the health and vitality experienced by our forefathers?
Nowadays many people live in a fast paced world that leaves them reaching for a fast meal from convenience stores and fast food restaurants. Unhappily, these types of food include chemicals and food colors that are harmful to health.
To cut out the chemicals and preservatives for better health, means going back to food in their natural state. Skip the pre-packaged and pre-prepared food as much as possible.
These fast foods are not whole food providing the vitamins, minerals and enzymes needed by your body. Sometimes what is eaten is not even real foods and provides little nutrition to build health.
You need to take a look at what you eat and whether you are getting your health and nutrition needs met. One health and nutrition secret is to use the best foods, grown organically, if possible.
Having a balanced diet is the best way to ensure that you have good health and good nutrition. Nutrition experts suggest that the daily diet includes so many servings from the five food groups of breads and cereals, vegetables, fruits, milk, meat/protein such as poultry, fish, beans, eggs and nuts. Fats would be included, but used sparingly.
People who lived 50 to 100 years ago generally ate nutritional foods like whole grain foods, vegetables and fruits grown from the garden. They generally ate smaller amounts of meat or chose meals with beans, peas and other legumes.
Are you one of those who think that if you do not eat well, you can just pop a vitamin pill and make up for it? Here is another health and nutrition secret: “your body absorbs vitamins and minerals found in foods more easily than those found in vitamin pills”.
Have vegetables, especially leafy green vegetables very predominant in your diet for a natural source of the vitamins and minerals that you need for good health. Without this good source of nutrition, it is very hard to have good health. Choose real food over vitamins, then fill in if you think you are lacking with a super food powder.
Put this health and nutrition secret to work in your life and you will find over time that you are taking your health to a new level, rather than sacrificing your health because of poor nutrition.

Do You Diet or Follow Sound Nutritional Principals? 0

Posted on July 02, 2009 by piter

I would like to share with you some principals of good nutrition. Some people talk about diet, but for me it is better to talk about nutrition because it is a lifestyle that you need to live. It is not about following some plan to loose weight and then going back to what you were eating before. I think the biggest reason people get stuck in this cycle of gaining and loosing weight is because they think about going on a ‘diet’. It is this thing that they do and then they go back to normal. If you want to be in control of your weight, you need to have a good nutrition plan every day. This doesn’t mean that you can’t go through a phase to loose fat or build some lean muscle or whatever. The fact is that you will be what you are doing 90% of the time. It is also about more than just maintaining a healthy fat percentage, it’s about being as healthy as possible. Good nutrition will supply your body with most of the vital nutrients to live in optimal health. A lot of people want to eat whatever they feel like and then try to take supplements to counter attack their bad diet. This will never work.

So what should you do? If you are prepared to change you can learn new habits. You are taking time to prepare food in any case. You might just as well learn how to do it differently from what you are used to. It is really not that difficult or as time consuming as most people believe. In the beginning, say the first month, it will take a bit longer. You will need to think a bit before running into the shop to buy groceries. Eventually the new principals will become your habits. Following are a few principals that you can implement to help you sort out your nutrition. This list is by no means complete, but it is a good start.

1. Eat real food. If you do just this one thing, you will be amazed at how much healthier you will be, how much better you will feel, look and perform. So what is real food? It must have been a living organism or direct product of one at some stage. Think about all the meats, eggs, milk, etc. I’m sure you know what a plant looks like, so look for some of those in your shopping trolley. No processed stuff! If you get the meat, you want the cow without the skin, not some processed thingy that has who knows what in it. (Trust me, you don’t want to know!) If you get the fruit and veggies, think about the pictures that we show children to teach them what the different fruit and veggies are; this is an apple, this is broccoli, etc. You must be able to put them in a definite category. If something is in a box or packet, there is a big chance that you can do better. If you follow this rule you will not drink bad liquids, you will get in healthy fruit and veggies and you will get in lean proteins. Obviously it is not all that simplistic, but if you stick to this rule as much as possible, you will definitely do yourself and your loved ones a favour.

2. Eat smaller meals throughout the day. A meal doesn’t need to be a plate with stuff on it. If you eat breakfast, you can put in a nice snack before lunch, then another snack before dinner again. In this way you have 5 meals every day. Just to clarify, a snack must still be real food (remember principal 1?) This rule is important because there are numerous studies to confirm that eating this way is better for your blood sugar levels, your hormone levels, and your energy levels throughout the day. This rule ties in with the next 3 principals. I know you think you are too busy to make and eat 5 meals or more a day, but if you are willing to change, you can learn new habits to help you. If you get into the habit of planning ahead, you can plan all your meals for a week in advance. Every morning you can make all the meals for that day (or as much of it as possible) and it can take you around 30 minutes. You might need to learn some new recipies, but you are willing to change, right?

3. Eat lean protein at every meal. Don’t worry, you are probably not eating enough protein to hurt your kidneys. In fact, you are probably not eating enough protein for optimal health. In all my years I have only met one person in a ketonic state. You need sufficient proteins to maintain all your body tissue. Of all the food groups, proteins are the best for loosing fat. It takes about three times more energy just to process proteins compared to carbohydrates and fats. Animal proteins are complete proteins, which means that they contain all the essential amino acids. If you choose not to eat them, you need to be more careful. Combine foods that will make up a complete protein profile.

4. Eat fruit and veggies at every meal. Yes, it includes breakfast. Tomatoes with your box of cereal? You probably shouldn’t be eating that box of cereal! Remember principal 1, always. Although it sounds freaky at first, it really is not that difficult to whip up a fast breakfast with good food. Think omelette with spinach and feta, or fresh fruit with yoghurt. I make fresh veggie juice every morning and it tastes fantastic if you put the right stuff into it. Most people raise their eyebrows when they see the glass with red juice, but they are always pleasantly surprised when they taste it. Have I mentioned principal 1 before? For snacks you can use fresh fruit or veggie sticks. What about an avo with salad? Just read some health cook books, there are lots of ways to prepare fruit and veggies. Do I really need to tell you why they are good for you? People still debate about proteins and fats, but everybody agrees that you need fruit and veggies, and the more, the better. They supply you with vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidants and a host of stuff that are good for you. Listen to your mother and just eat them.

5. Eat fats at every meal. If you still believe that fats make you fat, wake up and smell the olives. Because fats are calorie dense, they will make you fat if you get in too much. They will make you sick if you get in too much of the wrong kind, but you need all the natural fats. There are essential fats, so please don’t go low fat on me. If you eat animal protein, you are getting in saturated fats, so balance that out with some olive oil, nuts, avo’s, fish or fish oil, etc. I know I sound like a broken record, but if you stick to principal 1, you will not have a problem with getting in the wrong fats, mainly trans fats. It is really easy to add natural fats to all your meals.

6. Make sure your food tastes good. This might sound silly, but it is important if you are planning on maintaining a healthy nutrition plan. Most people I meet think that healthy food tastes bad. It is because they usually don’t know about rule 1! Real food tastes great, especially if you can learn to use fresh herbs and spices in your recipies. If you leave out the boxes of mixed spices, you will be amazed. With basics like salt, black pepper, olive oil, lemons, basil, origanum, sage etc., you can cook up a spread fit for a king. You can even make healthy deserts! I have been eating clean for about 6 years now and people think of our food as fantastic. It is mainly my amazing wife’s fault since she is a great cook, but we are known as the people who create wonderful food. We even have a line in our business where we combine 5 star food with entertainment, and people love it! (If you live in South Africa, please visit www.kos-en-konsert.co.za).

There you have the basics of what I believe can help you be fit, healthy and beautiful. You don’t need to eat perfect, but following a sound nutritional program 90% of the time would do you a world of good. Although I am a kettlebell instructor, I would rather see you eat better than train with weights. You can never out-condition bad nutrition.

If you are prepared to change, you can turn your health and body around. With a bit of a learning curve and planning you could soon be eating food that is good for your health and good for your taste buds.

Feed Your Golden Retriever Dog Food or Human Food? 0

Posted on July 02, 2009 by piter

Though many people prefer to feed their dogs only on dog food, there are many types of what we consider to be human food which Golden Retrievers love, and which are actually good for them as well. These dogs love attention, and will want to watch you while you eat. It is fine to give them some of your food if you want, provided you know what kinds of food they should eat, and which ones they should not.

All dogs have good senses of smell, and love tasty food too, and can be quite excited when they see you eating food. Many of the foods you eat can be good for them too.

Some of the foods which we consider to be ‘human food’, and which are excellent foods to include in a Golden’s diet to keep him healthy, including chicken, turkey, oatmeal, brown rice, raw vegetables and fruit.

When you open your refrigerator, your Golden Retriever may run up to it because he can smell something tasty in there. Many people think this is a way of begging for food, but it is really just his way of showing you that he would love some ‘real’ food, and it is a sign that you should really consider giving him some. There are however some types of ‘real’ food which you should not give him:-

Egg whites should not be fed in great quantity, because they contain avidin. This is a very destructive substance which can cause your dog to be deficient in the B vitamin biotin. This is fine if you feed whole eggs instead, because egg yolks have a high biotin content and this offsets the effect of the avidin in the whites. You can even include the egg shells in your dog’s diet, because these contain valuable protein. Best of all is to give him whole, raw eggs, with the shell intact.

Chocolate should not be fed to any animal, because of the bromine content which is highly toxic for cats and dogs alike. The worst kind of chocolate, with the highest bromine content, is unsweet chocolate. Bromine is a chemical which is so toxic that feeding it to your pet is frequently fatal.

There are other types of food which have not been mentioned here and can be either good for your Golden Retriever or harmful. Your veterinarian is always a good person to ask if you have any questions concerning your pet’s nutrition, and can give you good advice about which foods are good for him and which ones should be avoided. If you want to experiment with ‘real’ foods yourself, do so, but always remember to avoid giving your dog any kind of chocolate.

New High Fiber Foods and Health Drinks are Better Than Juicing 0

Posted on July 02, 2009 by piter

Some people think juicing is the most efficient way to get fiber, complex carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals or other nutrients from fruits and vegetables. Unfortunately, it can be difficult and disappointing to spend hours cleaning and preparing the piles of produce necessarry for a small glass of juice. While juicing may have been super for Jack Lalanne, it is not a task you must spend so much time on each day in order to consume enough high fiber foods and health drinks. Instead, spend a few minutes searching the net for all natural high fiber foods and health drinks that are not sold in stores. You will find that there are better options for getting complex carbohydrates, natural antioxidants and soluble fiber in your daily diet, just as you would from a glass of fresh juice, but without the expense or hassle of juicing.

Even if you can digest the recommended 25-35 grams of fiber in food and half your body weight in ounces of water every day, as experts recommend, you may not be getting the best nutrition available. Most people find this prospect hard to swallow, and give up quickly on ever reaching perfect health and fitness. It takes too much time, effort and energy to buy, prepare, and devour that much produce, and who can guzzle that much water every day without craving some kind of flavor or enhancement? Consuming fruits, vegetables and water every day is important, and now, superior fitness can be achieved with ready to eat high fiber foods and health drinks not found in grocery stores.

Yes, there are now some very beneficial high fiber foods and health drinks that are made with concentrated nutrients from plants, so that small amounts generate big results. You won’t find these concentrated health foods and drinks on the shelves at your local grocery store, and certainly not in the refrigerator section of the convenience store. We’re not talking about so-called “enhanced vitamin water” beverages filled with fructose, artificial sweeteners and isolated vitamins, or energy drinks boosted with caffeine and sugar. Instead, we are referring to naturally produced health drinks, concentrated with real whole food plant sources such as cocoa, strawberry, lemons, peaches and raspberries. These health drinks are loaded with natural antioxidants, complex carbohydrates, and some have several grams of soluble fiber, plus protein from plants. Your body understands how to process these natural ingredients better than man-made chemically produced, artificial products being sold in stores, and you achieve better results for your overall health.

You don’t have to consume mass quantities of plants to achieve the results that high fiber can offer for keeping your digestive system running smoothly. Try some delicious high fiber foods available in natural, tasty shakes that you can mix with water or other liquids for much of the fiber you need. Throw in a few frozen banana pieces or berries to mix with the powdered shakes and you are quickly on your way to the fiber and nutrients you need each day with all the complex carbohydrates and essential vitamins and minerals from fruits and vegetables Best of all, the shakes taste good. Some even contain FOS, fructooligasacharides, a pro biotic soluble fiber found in foods like garlic, onions or barley. Who wants to have garlic or onions for breakfast when it is easier to have a quick, tasty shake made with real strawberries or cocoa? That makes it so easy to get more essential fiber, complex carbohydrates and natural antioxidants for breakfast than most people get all day.

Drinking diet sodas or high caffeine energy drinks to get fit is like lifting 12 oz cans of beer to build muscle up. Those types of drinks only tear your body down, while health drink formulas made from all natural ingredients give your body the nutrients it needs to build it up. Water is good, but it can be tasteless and boring to drink half your body weight in ounces of plain water every day. When you can drink a quart of water enhanced with all natural antioxidants and complex carbohydrates for better taste and more benefits, why wouldn’t you? Again, we’re not referring to loading up on caffeine, sugar, or vitamin water beverages with isolated vitamins and minerals. Instead, we are talking about enhancing the benefits of drinking water with natural fruits and whole vitamins and minerals from real foods found in nature. It is so easy now to find these carefully produced, powerfully charged health drink formulas that you don’t need to shop every health food store or grocery store. You won’t find them there, but you will find them on the Internet. You have to step out of your comfort zone, change the way you think about nutrition, and change the way you shop for all natural high fiber foods, health drinks, and other essential nutrition.

Changing my diet to a more contemporary way of eating high fiber foods and increasing the benefits of drinking water with super concentrated health drinks has worked quite well for me. I lost 8 pounds in the first week and thirty pounds in the first month of my new diet. I have easily kept that weight off for more than six years by using the same high fiber foods and health drinks referred to in this article. I hardly ever shop at the grocery store these days, and get more nutrition for about three dollars from a quickly made, concentrated, all natural shake than most people get in a week. When you find the simple steps to perfect health you will wonder how you ever lived without them, much the way we wonder how we ever lived without computers and cell phones. So, get out of the grocery store, get on the net, get your nutrition delivered to your door, then go out and live life!

“Finally! How To Eat Stop Exercise”Scientific Research Proves That Eat Stop Exercise Will Help You Lose Weight, Burn Stubborn Body Fat, and Naturally Boost Growth Hormone – All While Preserving Your Lean Muscle and MetabolismDiscover why one simple change to the way you eat and exercise will make you forget about every other super-complicated weight loss, diet, and exercise program”This Article will question everything you’ve ever been told about eating and exercising for body fat loss. Natalie’s FREE Article turns the industry upside down and shows you how to eat normally, while making one slight, easy change that could be the missing link in your body fat loss, exercise, and nutrition program.”Are you ready to improve your body, your health and your life? Then Let’s Get Going…Dear friend,If you’ve found this site then you are probably looking for a great weight loss and body fat burning program and may have already heard about Eat Stop Exercise. Most likely, you’ve read about Eat Stop Exercise somewhere on the internet and are curious about what this Report and E-book is all about and who wrote it.Well let me be right up front with you, My name is Natalie Pyles and I wrote Eat Stop Exercise to help people understand the amazing weight loss and exercise results they can get by using a simple combination of flexible periods of intermittent fasting and weight training. Now, I know what you are thinking, ‘Did he just say fasting?’. Yes, Fasting. But, before you read any further, let me assure you, with Eat Stop Exercise, your metabolism will not slow down, you will not lose muscle, your workouts will not suffer, and you will not become a ravenous eating machine. You will simply lose weight, quicker and easier than ever before.I understand this may seem a little confusing, after all everyone has heard of things like ‘starvation mode’, and the benefits of eating multiple small meals during the day.So how can so many people be raving about the Eat Stop Exercise program if it involves short periods of intermittent fasting? Wouldn’t they all just go into starvation mode and stop losing weight? In reality, many of these so called “diet and exercise truths” are actually incorrect. They are all based on the principle that you must keep eating to lose weight. This idea has never made any sense to me, yet the diet industry keeps on trying to convince you that in order to lose weight you must keep eating! There are literally billions of dollars being spent every year on weight loss, diet, and exercise books It seems like a new book comes out everyday telling you what you need to eat and how to exercise to start losing weight.I’ll be the first to admit that many of these programs will work, at least for the first month or two (as long as you are restricting your calories and constantly exercising), but none of them can promise long-lasting weight loss. They are simply too restrictive, too complicated and let’s face it, some of these diets can consume your life. You can spend your entire day planning and preparing your meals!Trust me, if you want to lose weight this sort of obsessive compulsive eating is simply not needed. Eat Stop Exercise outlines the real reasons behind why people are successful at losing weight and burning body fat without following some ridiculously difficult weight loss and exercise program. In fact, I created Eat Stop Exercise to be an “ANTI-DIET” for people that are sick and tired of trying to measure out and eat 6 small meals per day. If you are frustrated and overwhelmed by trying to follow the rules of “bodybuilder style nutrition”, then Eat Stop Exercise is for you.Did you know?~Short-term fasting does not decrease fat burning enzymes. In fact, scientific research Clearly shows that the exact opposite happens – Short-term Fasting increases the activity of fat burning enzymes.~You see, I have spent my life studying nutrition, exercise, and weight loss, and I have taken a very unusual path that ultimately led me to writing Eat Stop Exercise. For starters, I have an honors degree in nutrition sciences and nursing. So I understand the classic academic approach to how we should eat. I spent four years of university studying all of the typical ‘eat less calories than you burn’ type of stuff you need to know to become a dietitian. Now here’s were it gets interesting, right after university, instead of becoming a naturopathec doctor, I started working in the weight loss industry. From managing & Owning 2 very successful sports nutrition stores to consulting start up companies, manufacturers and top fitness companies, I have seen the inner working of the industry that only a privileged few have ever seen.Sure, a lot of people like to talk about supplements, but how many have actually helped design some of the most popular products on the market? You can talk all you want, but until you have actually worked on the inside, you really have no idea how the weight loss and supplement industry works.During my time in the industry part of my responsibilities included traveling the world learning about potential cures for obesity (weight loss supplements are big money, so the first company to come out with a new ingredient that actually worked would be making billions). From China, Germany, Scotland, England and all over North America, I have had the privilege of meeting some of the world’s greatest minds in nutrition, exercise and weight loss. Not only have I been lucky enough to travel the world but I have also had unlimited access to state of the art exercise physiology equipment, the kind of equipment that would make many University laboratories green with envy. With this equipment I was able to conduct multiple body composition tests on numerous athletes and top level bodybuilders and monitor them while they dieted and tried new experimental weight loss programs. We’re talking cutting edge stuff. In fact, it was these experiments that ultimately led me to leave the industry and pursue graduate studies in human biology and nutritional sciences. Many of the experiments I conducted had results that were VERY different from what I expected, and I soon realized that if I were to truly understand nutrition’s role in weight loss, then I would have to start from the very beginning and study what happens to the body when it goes without ANY food.Believe it or not, Eat Stop Exercise is actually all the research from the scientific reviews I completed in top notch schooling. That’s right, my research was on ‘The Metabolic Effects of Short Periods of Fasting in Humans and its Potential Application in Weight Loss’, so in essence when you read Eat Stop Exercise what you are really reading is an easy to read version of my experience and education!I paid over 10,000 dollars to gain this information, and now you are getting it for 333 times less than what I paid!Aside from being a nutrition and exercise professional, I am also an athlete. I have competed in (and won) NPC Fitness contests and played all types of competitive sports. In fact, I have been a weight room junkie my whole life. If I believed that Eat Stop Exercise caused you to lose even an ounce of muscle, I would never have published it.As you can see, my background is pretty unique. How many other people are there in the world, who have worked in research and development for the weight loss supplement industry for almost a decade, left that industry to study the metabolic effects of short periods of fasting, and who are avid weight trainers, and then decided to share this information in the form of a book?I may very well be the only person in the world with this type of experience, and it is this experience that makes Eat Stop Exercise so unique, and so unlike any other nutrition and exercise book in existence.Eat Stop Exercise is not about eating certain amounts of food in certain food groups, nor does it push any special ‘rules’ on you about what you can and can’t eat and when and why to exercise. What it does show you is the simplest, easiest way to lose weight with the combination, and all of the science facts that support it.And here are some of the great benefits that Eat Stop Exercise can offer you:You don’t have to worry about food all day. Eating every three hours, cycling your protein and your carbs, measuring your glycemic index, I don’t think any of these things are needed for solid long lasting weight loss. With Eat Stop Exercise you can forget about all of these obsessive compulsive eating & exercise habits.Your metabolism will not slow down and you will not go into “starvation mode”. With Eat Stop Exercise you will clearly see the research behind why short periods of fasting will NEVER cause you to go into starvation mode. Your metabolism will stay just as high as it ever was (In fact, some research suggests it may even go higher!)You will not get light-headed and cranky! In actuality its a myth that not eating causes you to become cranky or light headed. From my experience it is actually a mental ‘addiction’ addiction to eating that makes most people get cranky when they don’t eat. Eat Stop Exercise can help you to break the ‘food addiction’ that causes this reaction. You don’t have to avoid going to restaurants with your friends. Eat Stop Exercise is flexible. Spending months hiding from your friends because you are on a restrictive diet is a thing of the past. Now you can enjoy the freedom to live normally (and still lose weight through exercise and sensible eating) with Eat Stop Exercise. You will save money. Eat Stop Exercise won’t ask you to start drinking goat milk or rice milk or any other expensive food that you really don’t like. With Eat Stop Exercise you will learn why you don’t have to spend any extra money on “special foods, diet pills, and exercise”.You will boost your body fat burning hormones. With Eat Stop Exercise you will reap the benefits of naturally increasing the exact same hormones that celebrities are paying thousands of dollars for in an attempt to stay lean, muscular and young looking. You will not have to take any weird supplements or eat special foods. Let’s face it. A good nutrition and exercise program should not ever have to rely on supplements to help you lose weight. You will still have great workouts. Think not eating for a couple hours is going to ruin your workout? Think again. You can still have amazing body fat burning and muscle building workouts while following Eat Stop Exercise. You will not lose ANY of your hard earned muscle. Eat Stop Exercise will show you the scientific facts behind why a lot of what you are told about dieting and muscle loss is nothing more than diet industry scare tactics. You will lose weight, and this weight will be all body fat. With the Eat Stop Exercise program, weight loss is steady and consistent, and the weight you will lose will be body fat.You don’t have to avoid carbs, or fats. Forget about eating canned tuna and low fat cottage cheese for days on end, and Eat Stop Exercise was designed to work in the real world, so that people can eat real foods. You don’t have to eat mega-doses of protein every day. Do you think you need to eat 50 grams of protein every 2-3 hours so you can gain muscle mass. Think again. With Eat Stop Exercise you’ll learn the real truth behind muscle mass and dieting. Goodbye expensive gross protein shakes. You will not have to take any weird cleansing products or laxatives. The Top High Fiber Foods and Health Drinks are not in Stores 0

Consuming fruits, vegetables and water every day is important, and now, superior fitness can be achieved with high fiber foods and health drinks not found in grocery stores. Most people find this prospect hard to swallow, and give up quickly on ever reaching perfect health and fitness. It takes too much time, effort and energy to buy, prepare, and devour that much produce, and who can guzzle that much water every day without craving some kind of flavor or enhancement?

The good news is that there are now some very beneficial high fiber foods and health drinks, which are concentrated, so that small amounts help you reach those powerful fiber and water amounts. You won’t find these concentrated health foods and drinks on the shelves at your local grocery store, and certainly not in the refrigerator section of the convenience store. Your body understands how to process these natural drinks better than man-made chemically produced, artificial drinks being sold in stores, and you achieve better results.

The best way to get ample amounts of fiber each day is to eat raw fruits and vegetables. The challenge, though, is how to eat 25-35 grams of fiber in five servings of raw fruits and vegetables every day. Fortunately, you don’t have to consume mass quantities of plants to achieve the results that high fiber can offer for keeping your digestive system running smoothly. There are now some delicious high fiber foods available in natural, tasty shakes that you can mix with water or other liquids for much of the fiber you need. Water is good, but if you find it incredibly tasteless and boring to drink half your body weight in ounces of plain water every day, look for some new ways to make your water wetter and better. When you can drink a quart of water enhanced with all natural antioxidants and complex carbohydrates for better taste and more benefits, why wouldn’t you? It makes no sense to spend more than a dollar for a bottle of sugar water when you can spend the same to super boost that water with natural energy, fat flushing and anti aging properties. Again, we’re not referring to loading up on caffeine, sugar, or vitamin water beverages with isolated vitamins and minerals. Instead, we are talking about enhancing your beverages with natural fruits and whole vitamins and minerals from real foods found in nature.
