Posted on July 02, 2009 by piter

Your AdSense dollars are always wisely spent when you invest in and track your highest-paying keywords. Although you may not realize it, there are hundreds of keywords that are often overlooked simply because they’re so simple! The top subjects today include technology and Web-related information, health and wellness, food, dieting, movies and gossip, university degrees online, point of sale software, and even some politics. You know that driving traffic to your Website and advertising boxes itself is what will make your AdSense program work. When your customers are finally at your site, you’ll want to make the most of the keywords that you’ve chosen!
The easiest way to assess the popularity of a particular word or subject is to run it through one of Google’s or Yahoo!’s free keyword selector tools. Simply type your keyword into the box, and it will generate this month’s advertising value. The first step to finding the highest-paying keywords is to run searches and track what you find. Some current examples of the highest-paying keywords from Google Adwords are as follows:
$74.16 Austin DWI
$69.98 school loan consolidation
$69.98 college loan consolidation
$67.15 car insurance quotes
$67.08 auto insurance quotes
$64.33 college consolidation
$62.70 Massachusetts auto insurance quotes
$62.70 life ins quotes
$62.11 Allstate insurance quote
$61.12 California DUI lawyers
The Google Adwords tool was released in early 2006 and is your best resource for finding the top matches. Just type the information into the Keyword Variations phrase-per-line box, and ask it to ‘Get More Keywords.’ You can choose to return results on cost, negative keywords that could have an impact on your program, and even look at global search volume trends showing which month a particular set of keywords was most popular.
Yahoo!’s Keyword Selector Tool gives you suggestions on additional keywords based on what you initially specify. This can help you create new and evolving keywords based on what you know works and what doesn’t. The site is a part of Yahoo!’s Overture, and lists and ranks the keywords based on popularity. It will show you the important data you need about the number of searches done for a particular keyword or set of keywords for the current month. It’s easy to compare and contrast other related searches from one simple request!
Finding the highest-paying keywords is easy with the tools and resources available for free online today! Don’t waste your time buying keyword lists from companies that are selling their “secrets.” They’ve simply run searches and are giving you a report of their results. Keyword results change daily, so find the ones that suit your site, track and maintain a record of the value of those words, and start running them through the tools to give you the best and most current information you need to make your AdSense program a success!

Competition, deadlines, quotas and quarterly goals are part of the whirling reality that can leave a company vulnerable to forgetting its existing customers. Today’s business world also is a demanding battleground with little tolerance for wasteful expenses. What’s a sure and effective way to bridge the gap between nurturing clientele and keeping expenses in line? Corporate gift baskets is the answer.

Being a sub-tropical city, Miami is climatically very different from most places in the USA. The city is a cosmopolitan water playground that attracts more visitors than any other US city.

Miami appeals to travelers wanting warm sun, great beaches, a laid back lifestyle, world class entertainment in clubs and bars and a diverse mix of art, music and international cuisines.

Travelers visiting Miami may actually spend their time in Miami Beach, a separate municipality situated 4 miles (6 km) across Biscayne Bay from downtown Miami. The combined greater Miami area includes several ethnic neighborhoods such as Little Havana and Little Haiti.

The diverse cultural mix is evident in Latin American languages, cuisine and music throughout the city and the population of the Greater Miami Area is 50% Hispanic. Dining in Miami offers the opportunity to visit a different ethnic restaurant every night and enjoy diverse international cuisines.

Once upon a time, Miami attracted mostly retirees turning their backs on snowy, colder climates but nowadays it attracts the ultra-chic glitterati, cashed up yuppies, the boating and yachting fraternity and Cuban immigrants.

** Miami Vacation Attractions

Greater Miami is a great base for access to several major Florida holiday attractions. The northern tip of the Florida Keys is just off shore, the Everglades are just a short distance inland and the affluent enclaves of Palm Beach and Boca Roton are just a short distance along the coast.

The Miami Beach Promenade, aka South Beach, is a favorite spot for cyclists, skaters, joggers and skateboarders. This is the most instantly recognized beach front location in existence and the place to be seen if appearances are important.

Many of the early Miami buildings from the early 1900′s have been restored. A walking tour around the South Beach precinct is recommended to see the spectacular rejuvenation of the 1920′s buildings in the Art Deco Historic District.

Miami boasts fine museums, galleries, historic gardens, zoos, sports stadiums, spring fed natural pools and of course, the ever present golf courses. Greater Miami has lots to brag about when it comes to world class golf courses and is home to some of the most testing courses in the world.

** Miami Vacation Cruises

The busiest cruise ship center of any city in the USA is the Port of Miami with holiday cruises to the Caribbean and Latin America making up the bulk of these cruises, but there are also cruises to all parts of the world.

Cruises are usually well equipped for gambling and casinos open as soon as the ship passes into international waters. Non stop food, games, movies and onboard activities ensure guests are always entertained and well fed.

** Miami Hotels & Resorts

Miami visitors are offered a range of hotels, resorts and vacation rentals to satisfy all tastes and budgets. There’s accommodation and prices to suit everyone, ranging from the restored boutique hotels in the Art Deco and South Beach district, modern glass and chrome high rise hotels, budget hostels, beach front condos and villas, serviced apartments, inns and guesthouses… it’s your choice.

** Miami Vacation Transport

Miami International Airport is one of the major airports in the USA, and a major hub city for American Airlines. Major domestic airlines such as Northwest/KLM, United and US Airways, Delta and Continental all service Miami as well as several lesser known economy carriers.

There are two Amtrak trains that run daily from New York down to Miami and the travel time is approximately 27 hours.

The Metro-Dade Transit Agency runs two Miami rail systems, one being Metrorail which is a modern elevated commuter train that connects downtown Miami and the southern suburbs. Metromover is an elevated line looping the downtown precinct and connecting with many of the important attractions, shopping and business districts.

The Real Business is Service, not Money 0

Posted on July 02, 2009 by piter

I would like you to ask a simple question. Why are you in business? Is it money alone? Believe it or not most people are very passionate about their belief that it is all about money. Nothing could be further from the truth.

Business is about service. Business simply provides the vehicle by which you serve and help others. It is the service you provide to others that gives you the right to command fair compensation. In my opinion, a person who is involved in a business that does not have it’s sole aim as helping and empowering others, has no right to be in business. Believe me, there is life beyond ‘the deal’. I know this may be a tough concept for some but this is what the greatest and most successful people will tell you over and over again. You must serve others.

Your role in business is to solve problems and answer questions. In fact, isn’t that what your products and services are all about? You are attempting to fill a need, a void, or a want in some area of a person’s life.

This is one of the great difficulties people have in being able to attract the right customers for their product or service. They do not realize what problem they are attempting to solve, what void they are attempting to fill, or what desire they are answering.

I know that most businesses in the home business arena spend most of their time talking about money, money, money. There is a reason for that. Most of the talk is of money because they know that is your greatest area of interest or need. However, if there was real wisdom in the conversation, the talk would be about the customer and figuring out how the product or service meets their needs. The equation is real simple – if you help enough other people get what they want, they will make sure you get what you want.

Take a look around you and you will see that you are most willing to freely give money where you perceive value. The barber, hairdresser, fast food restaurant, movie theater, grocery store, florist, and so on. Just take the time to think of all the times and places where money leaves your hands without a second thought. That is because they have established value in your eyes. They are giving you what you really want. That is the place where you want to be. You want people to be so happy and satisfied with the services and products you provide that the money they give you is a pleasant afterthought.

From time to time I will provide resources that may help you. Some people reading this will already be in a home business that they love. By all means, stick with it and use as much of my information as possible to serve as many people as you can and become filthy rich.

Others are frustrated with their current venture and are looking for something new. Believe it or not I have a some ventures that I am involved with as well but you will not see me ramming it down your throat. I will provide information on a ton of tools and businesses that I believe make sense. You can explore them at your leisure.

Most of all you will want to look at the tools as they will help you develop life skills in business that are 100% transferable to any other venture you undertake. So take a look and if you have a business or tool that you believe the readers of this publication can get value from, by all means let me know about it. Until next time, be prosperous and God Bless.

Think about it!

The Great Value of Backlinks 0

Posted on July 02, 2009 by piter

Link Building is the benchmark of being successful on the web. Well, almost everything these days staring from your favorite food, book, movie and clothes among others has a web presence or in other words an online presence. Just having a web presence is not sufficient, but you must be very popular for customers to know about what you are offering to them. So for this you need to build links of your site on the web. Link building services provided by companies are the different strategies which are used for increasing the links of a site on the World Wide Web. Link building has been found to be one of the very successful strategies undertaken for search engine optimization.

Search engines put a major emphasis on the links which are present on the site, to assign them rankings on search engine results. Building up links on the web is not an easy task and one needs to hire professional link building services, if you want to get the best results for your business. Each website is made differently and that is why the potential of inbound link is also bound to be different. The baseline is that the site must get good inbound links and just any other link will not work. The link building service that you will hire for your business must be effective enough to give you the best results.

Each link has a weighted value depending on the search engine and how they deal with link valuations. As a general rule some of the following come into play;

1. Age of the link (how long it has been around) 2. Topic and/or Title of the page the link is on 3. Relevance of the content of the page 4. Freshness of the page (has the page it is on been updated) 5. Number of links on the page (some ranking systems pass a ratio of accrued value) 6. Trust (is the link from a trusted page or a suspect domain)

Link Profiles – to expand the concepts a search engine also looks at the entire portfolio of incoming links to create what we call a ‘Link Profile’ – with this larger global view of your backlinks they can valuate it and even apply temporal metrics such as;

1. when links appear or disappear, 2. the rate at which links appear or disappear over time, 3. how many links appear or disappear during a given time period, 4. whether there is trend toward appearance of new links versus disappearance of existing links to the document, etc.

By doing this they can assess trends and potential attempts to game the search engine by artificially inflating one’s profile. Temporal factors are also important in assessing the current popularity of a site on a chronological scale.
