New to grow, Food Mill is rebuilt with solid stainless steel construction and designed to meet the demands required by the milling and processing. The mill is based on 3 points, to ensure stable positioning. It comes with 2 discs with 0.1cm/.04 and 0.3cm/0.1in.

Grew Food Mill / Passetout with 2 disks This food mill is beautifully done and everything functions very smoothly. Treatment and quality of steel is excellent. The handle works very smoothly and safely, can be introduced by the mixing bowl to work. This is typical of all the things this company makes very high quality, aesthetically pleasing, well-designed, a bit expensive. For a full set of disks, you have to buy the other separately, but both of this are so useful, depending on what is used to. I never use the food processor more, preferring a more "primitive", but meeting this method as well as mortar and pestle.
I bought the first locally to William-Sonoma. I am very happy with its effectiveness in making seedless jams. I have further success with pumpkins for pumpkin Butters. I purchsed a gift for my second here at Amazon. Fast shippment and the same high quality.
