Excalibur pioneered a rear-mounted equipment package allowing horizontal or parallel air flow; The Parallexx SystemTM.
Your Excalibur will come with 2 Paraflexx Premium Non-stick sheets so that you can make fruit leathers and flax crackers. The Premium sheets are re-usable and will last for years. To clean them, simply wipe them off with a damp cloth.
The Model 2900 is the family size economy model. With 15 square feet of drying area, there is plenty of room for quantity drying, holds lug of peaches, etc..
