I cook dinner most days a week and have not used a lot of accessories that are not working well, however.

The disk contains a set of slicing thick dic, a fine shredding disk and thin slicing disk for 14-cup cuisinart food proessor. They are easy to use, and cutting and grinding it super fast. I have used the dics for soft and hard vegetables and can handle even the carrots, which had to be blanched with the old drive I had. Great product at an attractive price.

This is a great product! I was given DCL-7 Series Cuisinart food processer and was missing the cut edge. The fit was amazing and savings. They crush and cut perfectly. I was impressed. I can not wait to get specialty blades.

  4. Wally says:

I is not even the owner of this special set, but I am happy to find it here on the line after the search in the shops. One of my family recipes are the Polish style potatoe pancakes with grated raw potatoes, flour, egg and spices. What a job to grate the potatoes by hand! If the fine grated to the task, my family will benefit from this, that love is often treated, and my knuckles do not have to be included in the dish!

  5. Ida says:

It is true, I am not a gourmet cook, but I doubt that many buyers really are. These drives come in the category of too much work for the outcome. Although I LOVE MY Cuisinart and use it for almost all these "gadgets" as I call it simply too much trouble – installing, using, cleaning! – For everyday use. For garnishes, you can probably find a smaller, lower-cost tools for the use and storage. For cooking, my attitude is "who cares" what size and shape of your food? In conclusion, this is a really must be the need to spend money to put them into the kitchen "wish list".
