Why is a child, that sell baby food mills and grinders, when everyone should just get one of these? We use it literally to everything: Making Applesauce, grinding on chicken and pork, mashing potatoes. Necessary!
I ordered the smaller cuisinart 4 cup for my hubby for the present and loves it. He makes a lot of things with him to be cooks, and not me. I am in love with their salsa home now. Its what I always wanted and now it is one. In the larger would be more if needed until now, but who knows, may one day. Orders and deliveries were so fast and wonderful. He was under the tree he really loved!
Used once so far and a great pesto. For some it was a great cutting power. Easy to clean.
