I just purchased my Cuisinart food processor replacement of old now that I had (the other bowl and broke it cost me almost as much as a bowl for the new purchase of a new). When I opened the box I noticed that we have broken parts in the field. This part was one of the only piece that is not shown in the manual, we had no idea what was to be part of and / or parts have broke off. We called customer service and spoke with someone named "Larry", who was very rude on the phone. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he will not allow me to speak, until one year has ensured that I was not calling to complain about it I think. I even had to ask the man if he intends to get involved in the BBB report stating, as I may not speak to someone with authority. Finally, we were connected to a supervisor (after quite a while), a tutor was very nice and we were able to explain the problem. If I had not bought this food processor for the price the price of 100.00 U.S. dollars, and I immediately brought him back to the shop and bought a Kitchenaid to replace it. But at the price I have decided to grin and bear it.
This is my 2-cuisinart you in 30 years and I love this so much new! He is everything. I've done even bread dough, and went beautifully!
I really love this food processor. It is a simple design that I leave on my counter. It is easy to use and easy to clean. I quit almost everything in my dishwasher. The engine is powerful and relatively quiet. 11 cup size is ideal for small family or cooking for the group.
This is a wonderful food processor. It works very quietly and processes food quickly. I love the big bowl. Directions may be a little clearer on how to connect to place, but do not take too long figure it out. I would highly recommend it!
