I just finished watching an incredible documentary called “ The Future of Food”. THIS IS A MUST WATCH DVD!!!!

I want to share with you a few thoughts regarding this documentary. I feel that this is not only important but imperative that you truly understand the path in which we are being led down. This documentary exposes the disturbing truth behind the unlabled, patented, genetically engineered foods that have and will continue to stock the shelves of your local grocery stores for years to come…unless of course the majority of you say otherwise.

For me, I only want to give my body what I feel is best suited for it. Nutritionally, this includes fresh, organic, chemical and hormone free, non-synthetic and free-range foods that are grown or raised by local farmers in the community when possible.

I choose to put my trust and faith in the traditional organic farmer whose genuine love for farming may extend back through multiple generations and not with the multinational corporations who seek to take control of our food system and substantially profit from it.

Don’t just take my word for it. Research it for yourself. This documentary is a great start!
